Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Traderizz Pro subscriptions work, when you can cancel, and whether payments are refundable. It applies to paid plans purchased through traderizz.com.
Overview
Traderizz offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription (currently billed monthly in INR through Razorpay).
By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Account → Settings in the app (Plan & billing → Cancel subscription).
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not delete your account or journal data.
After you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period (the subscription expiry date shown in your account). When that period ends, your workspace returns to free-tier limits; existing trades and journals are not deleted.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
When you cancel, we do not refund the unused portion of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends.
We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle downgrades, unused features, or accidental renewals after you failed to cancel before a renewal date.
If a duplicate charge or clear billing error occurs, submit a message via /contact within 14 days of the charge and we will review the case.
Chargebacks and failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry according to your payment method and plan settings. Pro access may be paused or ended if payment cannot be collected.
