Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Traderizz. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live).

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, exchange rules, and broker terms in your region.

Your account

To use journal features you sign in with Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information as supplied by your identity provider.
• Keep access to your Google account secure — activity under your Traderizz session is your responsibility.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use one account for your personal or business trading journal unless we authorize otherwise.

The Service

Traderizz is a software tool for logging trades, tracking R-multiples, reviewing performance analytics, and related journaling features (including trader diary, tags, CSV import, and Jarvis assistant).

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We try to avoid disruptive changes but do not guarantee any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

The Service is currently offered free to start. If paid plans are introduced later, we will provide notice before charging you.

Your content

You retain ownership of trade logs, notes, tags, and other content you submit (“Your Content”).

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to calculate expectancy, render charts, and answer Jarvis queries about your journals.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or bypass authentication or security controls.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk harvest the Service except through documented APIs we provide.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

Not financial advice

Traderizz is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. We do not provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.

Analytics such as expectancy, win rate, profit factor, and Jarvis responses are based on data you enter. They may be incomplete or incorrect if your inputs are wrong.

Past performance recorded in a journal does not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether and how to trade.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will never be lost. You should maintain your own backups of important records where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERIZZ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and sign out of your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or where required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how we collect and handle personal data. By using Traderizz you also agree to that policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by updating this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Traderizz is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
